The Medium Memory Foam Replacement Sofa Bed Mattress is offered as an alternative to our fully sprung mattress, as well as for replacing an existing sofabed mattress.
It is 113cm wide and is suitable for a 2-fold sofabed action. It is the size usually found in a 2.5 seater sofa bed.
The memory foam mattress is a new concept for sofa beds - and still manufactured in the UK.
A memory foam mattress is usually denser than other foam mattresses. This makes it more supportive but also heavier.
It is often seen as a good compromise between a softer mattress and the support offered by a firm one.
Our Memory Foam Replacement Sofa Bed Mattress is made using a visco-elastic core with a memory foam topper.
The mattresses can still fold into the bed mechanism, so no additional storage is necessary, but they do not need turning as with other types of mattress.
